Strengthening Business Practices for Family Child Care Providers

This training series is designed to support family day home owners hone their administrative skills and offer strategies to encourage business growth. This business operations training series consists of modules which build upon one another to support sound business practices and help providers realize a profit while caring for and nurturing our future. Modules covered the first day include Budgets, Projections, and Planning, and Financial Reports and Internal Controls. The Module covered on the second day includes Marketing and the Program Administration Scale. This is the only time this year that this training will be offered. A 6-hour certificate will be given.
