Strengthening Business Practices for Center-Based Programs

This training series is designed to support child care center owners and directors hone their administrative skills and offer strategies to encourage business growth. This business operations training series consists of modules which build upon one another to support sound business practices and help providers realize a profit while caring for and nurturing our future. Modules covered the first day include Budgets, Projections, and Planning, and Financial Reports and Internal Controls. Modules on the second day include Marketing and Recruiting and Retaining Staff. We will also discuss how to use the Business Administration Scale. This is the only time this year that this training will be offered. An 8-hour certificate will be given.
