Steps to Success for Subsidy Vendors

This new class is a three-part series called Steps to Success for Subsidy Vendors: Implementation of Child Care Regulations and Guidance. You do not have to be subsidy approved to attend these classes.

Part 1 is Implementation of Child Care Regulations and Guidance. It will discuss the role licensing plays, what to expect with inspections, how to set rates, annual training requirements, and procedures for transferring ownership, relocating, or closing a Subsidy Program. 9:00am – 11:00am

Part 2 is Managing Your Business. It will discuss your tax responsibilities as a Subsidy Vendor, how to prevent fraud, finance tips, and how to access technical assistance. 11:30am – 1:30pm

Part 3 is Understanding Vendor Payment Guidelines. It discusses how subsidy vendors help families, components of the Subsidy Vendor Agreement, how to obtain a POS machine, and how to access and operate the vendor portal. 2:00pm – 4:00pm
