The Childcare Network helps parents in our community by providing free referrals to child care and preschool programs. This free service helps families, and it can help you expand your business and advertise your program, at no cost to you. You may list your program's information in our referral system by completing the form below.

There is always a tremendous need for quality child care. We want to identify and include all child care and preschool programs in our database. These would include all State Licensed, Voluntarily Registered, Military Approved, local DSS approved, homes, centers, preschools, before and after school programs, summer camp programs and religiously exempt programs.

Remember, this is a FREE SERVICE! so make sure your information is included!

Background check forms - required for unregulated child care homes to be included in referrals
Child Protective Services Central Registry Release of Information Form This form must be printed out, completed and mailed to the address on the form with a $7 fee.

Virginia State Police Criminal History Record Check Form.
This form must be completed online, printed out and mailed to the State Police with a $15 fee.
